28 Day Workplace Health Challenge We recently took part in a 28 Day Workplace Health Challenge where the criteria consisted of: -30 minutes of physical activity daily -drink 8 glasses of water daily -eat fish 3 times a week -reduce or eliminate junk food -eat 7 fruits and vegetables daily - eat breakfast Workplaces in Creighton joined us in this challenge and it was a win win for everyone but I wanted you to know that many of the workplaces continued after the 28 days and are still following the guidelines. This got a lot of people started on a healthier lifestyle
