In motion schools value our youth's health and are committed to providing a minimum 30 minutes of physical activity each day in addition to the prescribed physical education curriculum. There are lots of ways to make this happen:
- physical activity breaks
- facilitated recess
- before or after school activities
- intramurals
- sports programs
- special events
