Families in motion

Jump in and do your part 

Kids and teens need 60-90 minutes of physical activity every day and most don't meet that national guideline.  They need to be active at school, in community activities and at home with their family and friends.  Help make sure your kids move every day:

  • Give them the support they need to be active at home.
  • Ask for what they need to be active at school and in the community.
  • Find out if your kids go to an in motion school.

  • Speak out for physical activity.

  • Use this calendar to plan and keep track of your family physical activity. Try new ideas and set family goals.
