With a little help from our friends, we've started the in motion Commotion blog. Read our first guest post by mom Holly Gustafson, who shares what she calls her "radical" approach to reducing screen time.
The blog is designed to:
- get people thinking about how we can get kids moving more
- recognize the great work happening across the physical activity movement across Saskatchewan and beyond
- provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the subject of physical activity
Our regular guest bloggers will deliver unique viewpoints, advice and stories from a variety of perspectives. Each post will focus on one of the three pillars of our 30-30-30 model: home, school and community.
